Level 7 diplomas in Tourism, Hospitality and Aviation

Strategic management for hotel, travel, events and destination leaders.

Our view

What this group covers, and what it does not

Two diplomas, one from each awarding body, covering tourism and hospitality management at master's level. They are for general managers, operations directors, revenue and marketing leads and owners in hotels, resorts, travel businesses, events and destinations. The subject matter is strategic rather than operational: you will analyse markets, service strategy and the finances of a hospitality business rather than learn front-of-house procedure. Both are recognised routes to a master's in hospitality or tourism management by top-up where a university accepts the credits.
