Which route to use

These details reach LearnLoom Consultants, the consultancy that publishes this site, not LSPM. Our office is in Hong Kong, so telephone and WhatsApp are answered in Hong Kong office hours; email and the form are read every working day and answered in writing. For a question about a particular diploma, use the enquiry form: it lets you name the programme, and you will have a written reply from Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants or a colleague within two working days. Email is right for anything with an attachment, and for complaints about this site or our advice, which should carry "Complaint" in the subject so that they enter the formal procedure.

Employers arranging a cohort can use any route, but the fastest is the enquiry form with "For an employer" selected, which tells us to ask LSPM for cohort options and an indicative invoice on your behalf before we reply. The contract for any sponsored place is between you and LSPM, not with us.
