Level 7 diplomas in Health and Social Care

For clinicians and care managers stepping into service leadership.

Our view

What this group covers, and what it does not

Three diplomas for people who lead teams, services or organisations in health and social care. The OTHM Health and Social Care Management diploma is the broad management programme, covering leadership, people, finance, policy and change in a care setting. Qualifi's Health and Social Care diploma takes a similar scope with its own unit structure. The third, Relational Practice in Mental Health, is more specialist and suits practitioners and managers working in mental health services who want a postgraduate-level framework for relational approaches. None of these is a clinical or registrable qualification; they sit alongside your professional registration rather than replacing it.
